Resources for Clinicians
This toolkit is designed to help clinicians who work with LVAD candidates to use Deciding Together in their patient education.
Resources are intended to be used by those interested in starting to use the decision aid and by those who already use it. By providing resources like best practices, solutions to common barriers, and checklists, we hope to make it as easy as possible to add the decision aid into your workflow and sustain that workflow.
All resources are free to use. Questions?
